FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC
The Town of East Hartford, CT is currently accepting applications for the position of
Firefighter/Paramedic.
The East Hartford Fire Department is a busy, full-service organization serving a population of
50,000 residents from five fire stations.
Applicants must be 18 years old and have a HS diploma (or GED). To be eligible to take the
written test (scheduled for June 12, 2010), you will need a photo identification and a State of
CT Paramedic license or a National Registry paramedic certification or proof (transcript) of
expected completion of the program by December 31, 2010.
Applicants must have a Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) Card issued after January 1,
2009.
