Fitness Apps for iPhone
To anyone with an iPhone or another smart phone, I found a couple cool Apps. The first is called Trainer Lite. It tracks your speed, distance and route you take when you run. The other App is called Lose It, it's free and let's you keep track out what you eat, how many calories, fat, protein, sodium, etc. It also tracks how much you burn while exercising.
